Features
Our reseller web hosting platform is based on Windows 2003 servers controlled by Helm - The Web Hosting Control System.
All our services (i.e. mail, FTP, DNS, web sites) are distributed across multiple servers to ensure the best performance and uptime. New servers are being added to our cluster on a regular basis as our platform expands.
Online viewing and sending of emails is available for all accounts through our central webmail facilty. Our servers are backed up every night to our remote storage device for peace-of-mind. All systems are monitoring 24/7 by our bespoke monitoring system so you can be assured we will be on the case should there be any problems.
Virus Scanning and Spam Filtering
All emails delivered to our mail servers are scanned for viruses and cleaned where necessary. Optional spam filtering is also available for just £10 per domain per year. Our spam filtering service marks any spam emails which are received by adding [Spam] to the subject line. Optionally they can be moved to a different folder in webmail for checking at a later date. Spam emails are detected using a range of rules, including Reverse DNS Lookup, Blacklists, Heuristic Analysis and Bayesian Filters.
