Technical Support Services Consultant
Job Type: Full-Time
Description:
4D Internet Ltd is expanding its frontline support team to provide telephone
and e-mail support to the company's growing customer base. Day-to-day problems
will include ADSL and dial-up connections, e-commerce hosting, e-mail, Web and
FTP configuration. The majority of our customers are business users and require
fast and accurate responses to enquiries. A patient and friendly attitude is
an absolute necessity.
Requirements:
- Windows operating systems
- Applied knowledge of TCP/IP networking
- ADSL, ISDN and Dial-up networking
- Common Internet applications and services (e-mail, Web, ftp, etc.)
- HTML and Webserver Maintaince
- Logical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good academic background. A degree in Information Systems, Computing or similar
would be an advantage but is not essential.
