4D Data Centres Ltd is expanding its frontline support team to provide telephone and e-mail support to the company's growing customer base. Day-to-day problems will include ADSL and dial-up connections, e-commerce hosting, e-mail, Web and FTP configuration. The majority of our customers are business users and require fast and accurate responses to enquiries. A patient and friendly attitude is an absolute necessity.

IP Services Developer (ref: 4d55ipsd)
The IP Services developer is responsible for the design and development of new and existing ISP services. This role involves evaluating, designing and implementing key projects to improve services for internal and external customers. Initial projects will include working with network management tools to improve the usability & scalability of the systems and provide more accurate information to customers.

The System Administrator provides technical support and technical consulting for 4D Data Centres Ltd customers. Administrators have both direct (phone) and indirect (via email) contact with customers to assist in troubleshooting and maintaining complex web server configurations. Level IV technicians have an extensive knowledge of web hosting technologies of Microsoft operating systems, and are able to handle over 90% of all customer issues that may arise.
