Our Windows hosting platform is fully automated, however due to high levels of fraud, we individually vet each order. During business hours you will receive your welcome email usually within 1 hour. Outside of business hours it may be up to 8 hours for your signup to be vetted. Payments and administration of your domain is managed through Helm. Full details are sent in the welcome email.
Our Linux platform is not automated, accounts are setup manually and are also subject to vetting and fraud checks. You can however expect the same response time as detailed above for the Windows hosting. Payments are managed through our Windows control panel, Helm, whilst administration of your domain is through Plesk. Full details are sent in the welcome email.
